A Mining Company That Learned Retail
MyBentonite started in mining, not in marketing. That is why our conversations with buyers usually begin with reserve data, screening curves and moisture values rather than slogans. Over the years we added drying, screening, perfuming and packing lines around the mine so that one team is accountable for the product from bench to pallet.
Today the same plant serves three very different customers: repackers who need consistent bulk material, distributors who need retail-ready bags, and brand owners who need a manufacturing partner they can bring to a category review. White calcium bentonite from our Fatsa reserve has a naturally bright colour, low iron content and a high montmorillonite ratio. This gives faster liquid pick-up, harder clumps that do not break when scooped, and a clean visual appearance that shoppers associate with hygiene. Grey sodium bentonite is often cheaper, but it leaves visible dust residue around the litter box and looks dirty far earlier in the cycle.
Standard mesh ranges are 0.5–1 mm (fine), 1–3 mm (classic) and 2–5 mm (coarse, low tracking). Scent options include unscented, baby powder, lavender, marseille soap, vanilla, lemon and activated carbon odour lock. Granule size and perfume dosage are fixed per customer specification during trial production, then repeated on every following lot.
Yes. The private label programme covers artwork adaptation, printed PE bags, handle bags, buckets and boxes, barcode and multilingual labelling, pallet configuration and export documentation – so the finished goods arrive retail-ready under your own brand.
Litter is shipped in 20' and 40' containers or by truck from the Black Sea region of Türkiye. Bulk material can be loaded in 1,000–1,250 kg big bags or as loose cargo, while packed goods are palletised and stretch-wrapped so bags arrive intact after ocean transport.
Every shipment can be accompanied by technical data sheets, analysis reports, safety documentation and the certificates published on our certificates page. Importers use this file for customs clearance as well as for retail listing and audit requirements.
